About Oliver Poss

Oliver Poss is an experienced risk management and internal audit professional, with more than two decades of experience, including roles with Lendlease, Ford Credit, Protiviti and government agencies.

As Head of Risk at Lendlease Services, Oliver successfully developed and implemented a risk management framework, including processes, procedures, risk management software, management reporting and training, across a complex multinational organisation with seven business units and 3,500 employees.

His career also includes more than 15 years with Ford Credit in Germany, three years in professional services with Protiviti, and senior risk roles in NSW Government Departments.

He dedicates part of his time to the The Smith Family in the role of National Manager Risk, reporting to the Executive.

Since 2004, he has been a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Australia .
